Elder Philip X. Talley is Associate Pastor at United Hearts Christian Community Church. He was responsive to the Lord’s direction as he joined and was baptized at the First Baptist Church in Washington, DC. In 1994 he joined Union Bethel A.M.E. Church in Brandywise, MD. In 2007 Elder Talley was led by the Lord to join United Hearts CC Church and was elevated to Evangelist in 2010. In 2012 he was ordained Elder under the pastoral leadership of Pastor H. Carlton Talley and the United Council of Christian Community Churches of Maryland and Vicinity. Elder Talley continues to accept the Lord’s calling and seeks His perfect will in his life.
